Simple PC Repairs Computer Geeks

Simple PC was the only business that contacted me after I messaged 3 businesses for assistance. Kamal was very quick to get in touch with me and made an appt to come see me. He turned up on time and tried his best to fix my problem but unfortunately my problem was not able to be fixed due to the age of my computer. I had to buy a better computer and he was more than happy to give me suggestions on what to buy. He then came over and set up my new computer and internet with no charge. Kamal is very knowledgeable and I would definitely be getting him back for any more issues I have. Highly recommended!!

Amazing service! Kamal was very knowledgable and thorough. I called on a Friday afternoon not expecting to see anyone until Monday. Kamal was in the area and offered to come around and look at my MacBook battery issue straight away. Total time from the initial phone call to Kamal fixing my laptop was 45mins! I have recently moved and was having a lot of trouble getting everything to connect. Kamal was able to get everything connected and working. He also gave me a lot of advice for a new colour printer and how to transfer information from my old computer to my new PC. Solved quite a few problems.
