Steph’s yoga classes are a great experience. She has a lovely approach to teaching yoga and is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend yoga with Steph.

Steph is a wonderful yoga teacher who gives helpful instructions to follow. Beginner classes are excellent and are not too strenuous.

Steph is wonderful!! I struggle with stretching activities, my body is a bit stiff so I used to believe that yoga was too difficult, but Steph is so caring, she suggested some exercises and activities for a beginner like me, I love her classes.... hoping to do some more soon.

Yogana was a great yoga experience as Steph is very accommodating with each individuals ability and the class left me feeling refreshed and energised. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been doing yoga on and off for a few years now and I can say with confidence that Steph is one of best teachers I’ve had. I was pleasantly surprised with her singing bowl shavasana at the end of the session, so relaxing. I’ll be going back!

Yogana Love It is a beautiful new addition to the world of self nurture and community engagement. A wonderful opportunity to explore Yoga and all of its benefits whilst sheltered under majestic gums and breathing in the delicious fresh air that only an outdoor based class can provide. Steph is gentle and calm and very welcoming to all ages, identities and levels of Yogi... you can trust my word but always best to come and check it out for yourself :) See you under the eucalyptus leaves one day soon.
