All staffs are very assisting and friendly. Every time I step into this pharmacy, all staff give their best of ability and knowledge to accompany my needs. Thank you!

I go to this pharmacy alot because they generally have good customer service but today I was let down. They don't let anyone inside. They have a baracade which block people from entering and they serve customers from outside. Customers queue outside. I can barely hear them when talking. Other pharmacies aren't there same so not sure why they do it.

Staff know you by name, very knowledgeable, caring and always give practical advice. Prices are competitive, not the cheapest but reasonable when compared with other warehouse chain pharmacies. The advice and the professional service you receive are priceless. Highly recommended if you care more about your health than your wallet.

Masks are not mandatory I entered the chemist to get a regular prescription for something I take daily, I was kicked outside because I didn’t have a mask on. It’s my choice to wear a mask I do not need to have a mask on to enter and purchase something from this chemist. I was treated like a germ and won’t be returning here in future.

Money minded and selfish rude pharmacist. I am a local who regularly goes there for all my pharmacy purchases and needs. Along with my entire family who lives in Lidcombe.However, today I needed help for a stat declaration to be signed. The pharmacist along with the cashier lady decided they were too busy attending to paying customers to sign a stat dec even when I offered to wait. There as about 2 customers standing there waiting for their prescription. So I ended up going next door to a kind optometrist, whom I have never bought anything from, assisted me.To think a pharmacist is qualified to sign a stat declaration because of their reputable occupation, as a duty to their local community. This pharmacist here shames their profession.

I came to the shop yesterday to get prescribed medicine for my twin daughters who are suffering from Eczema and infection due to scratching, the staff there were all amazing! The young lady at the back was very thorough with her explanation about the medicine, the other lady at the front counter was very helpful too, she helped me choosing some product to cover the affected area to prevent the girls from scratching. The pharmacist who I believe is also the owner is super friendly, she answered all the questions I had as this is first time my little ones take medicine and they are only 6 months old, this morning I had to call them as I missed an important question, she was very patient and cleared my concerns, I'm really impressed with the way they care their customers, and am thankful that I have finally found a reliable pharmacy.
