I called Stanlee Hospitality Supplies today to enquire about the availability of a kitchen utensil I was interested to purchase. My call was answered promptly by Julie the Operations Manager. Julie was so incredibly helpful and professional. Not only were all of my questions answered on the spot, I was sent photos of the item straight away and I made an immediate purchase. Julie confirmed the receipt of my payment and the item was sent express post the same afternoon. We also had some friendly chit chat. I could not be more impressed. I have made purchases here in the past and I will continue to shop with Stanlee into the future. 10/10 guys and thank you very much Julie you're a star!

So I went to buy a few teapots today, marked at $12.95. When I get there the gentleman says sorry they’re old stock they’re actually &14.95 !!!Ahhh no the sticker clearly said $12.95 !!!!Sorry it doesn’t work like that !!! I understand you’re wholesale but you can change the price as you feel, needless to say NEVER again and I suggest you check all your old stock

I have been working with them for almost a year now and they have got to be one of the fastest responding suppliers I have EVER worked with.
