New Wave Carwash

I'm only this company 3 stars because of a number of reasons.The oldest car cleaner there would scratch one side of the car up. As it was a ute going through I didn't mind the light scratches. I also thought that it was probably a fault. I stupidly didn't look at my car before driving off to show the owner that it's scratching cars. A year went by and I drove my brand new Kia through the exact, same washer and ended up with scratches again. I was far from happy and as no one was around I couldn't show them the problem. They must have gotten lot's of comments about the scratching because they have put in a brand new washer that doesn't physically touch your car thank goodness. The older one is still sitting there abandoned and making the place look awful. There is usually a good line up for this washing.$18 for a clean, wax and Rain X appears to be okay as your not washing your own car. However the new washer doesn't clean your windscreen properly. Dots from the wash and dirt can still be found when looking through the windscreen.I like the idea that they personal car detailing by hand. But by the reviews, it's a total waste of money. I also like that they have a dog wash, do-it-yourself washing areas and vacuums. They have steel walking frames for extremely high cars or vans. And that someone who works for the service is there most of the time.

Worst car wash in Australia. No soap coming out and just cold water. Place is filthy. Stay away unless you just want wash down your boat with cold water

Awesomely priced at $1 per 2Minutes of high pressures soap, rinse, clear coat protectant, waxing, a low pressure spot free rinse and multiple other easy to use options (and that's just for the outside). 10 minutes at $5 to really clean a car well at any time 24/7.

Really poor value. The time it takes to change over between chemicals is completely unacceptable full stop sometimes it took over a minute to change from water to soap and vice versa. My local car wash back home changes chemicals over in less than 10 seconds. This car wash is just a rip off.

The Sprayer handle is extremely dirty to the point you should get a glove before you handle them.Water is always cold which means you can't clean the car properly.machine almost stole my coins until I gave it a good whack.This Place is only good if you wanna rinse your car with fresh water to get salt water off.

It's clean, the change machine was easy to use and worked perfectly. Signage and instructions are up to date and easy to follow. It took a long time for the soap to appear out of the pressure hose, which was frustrating. I used the rinse, then the pressure soap, then the broom soap and cleaned it off with a pressure rinse: $7. It did the job.

Incredibly disappointed in this car wash. Pre-soak didn’t even work, it took over one minute for each button to change (insane considering you only get 1:40 per $1) and the roof pivot for the spray was rusted, barely being able to rotate it

Save yourself a hassle and don't go to this car wash. All the reviews are accurate in my poor experience and it seems like the owners/management don't care about or take feedback into consideration.
