The experience was good and I did not have to wait for my appointment, the audiologist was on time. Audiologist was thorough and explained every part of the testing process very well. Bit disappointed that the audiologist was not aware that I already had a hearing aid for my left ear as I had indicated to the reception staff that I had a hearing aid. Also my records from a previous audiology clinic had not turned up even though I had signed a consent form 2 weeks previously as I have a long term history of hearing loss.

The team are so friendly and very helpful. It’s great finding out that there are better hearing aids now, especially ones that have Bluetooth and no more batteries.
