Ben and the team at A.K. Blair made everything so hassle free. My hot water system stopped working at a really inconvenient time when I had family staying. They came out the same day and were able to source a new system and have it installed in no time. I was so grateful for their prompt service. They also fixed a leaking tap for me while they were out which has been driving me crazy for months! So rare to find such a prompt and friendly trades service!

Troy has come over a few times now, and each time he was great to deal with. Professional, courteous, attention to detail, and a people person. After the recent “rain bomb” disaster our hot water system was inundated by storm water; became submerged and rendered inoperable . Troy gave us a temporary solution until the new unit was delivered and installed THE NEXT DAY! We since had a few slight issues which were addressed and resolved all with a professional and compassionate nature. Recommend highly and will deal with again .

I would highly recommend this company’s service. They answered all my queries with professionalism, friendliness & ease.The installer did a fantastic job I could not be happier with the work he did. I don’t believe it was an easy installation due to the old system being removed & the new rules & regulations required for the new Electric Domestic Water Heater to be installed but I’m happy to say it looks amazing & he left the place very clean & tidy. A big thank you.

Huge thanks to Brendan for connecting my washing machine today! It was a tricky job but Brendan was brilliant and got it all figured out. On time, professional and cleaned up before he left. This was a very neat and efficient replacement of an old toilet fitting, in a tricky site. I've been using A.K. Blair & Co for all my plumbing needs for some years, and have always been very happy with the result. It's a traditional family business, with old-fashioned values and modern know-how.
