They are caring and kind, but make sure you get a written quote before they begin working on your car; otherwise, the final amount could go from $200 to $789 and you wouldn't be aware of it until they were finished and you would have a bill to pay in your hand.The work you did was okay but Be honest for once and tell the customer up front about the cost at-least. That's how honesty works.
