Fitter, stronger than ever!!The boxing experience is amazing, full boxing ring and variety of strength and endurance.Weight loss and muscle gain a given.Highly recommend both this exercise discipline and the expert trainer.We have seen terrific results in only 6 weeks. M

Coach Shane and his team of boxing/ fitness instructors are knowledgeable and fun! I have never done boxing fitness before and so glad I have found this gym! My children 10yrs and 17yrs both enjoy coming to the kids and teens classes. Great form of fitness in a fun comfortable environment
