Afghan Charcoal Kebab House
This place was my first dine out place in Adelaide 2015 and I only remembered the pack of people queued to the back beyond capacity inside the shop. The fresh homemade bread was made in the traditional tandoor in front of the counter.The chicken kebab and pita bread are so delicious and tasty. ☆5Other charcoal Kebab meat was a little salty or hard and tasty. ☆3I normally don't like the yogurt sauce but it was mild and didn't have acidity to go with kebab. ☆5Biryani was very mild and tasty. It just missing the fragrance of fresh spice. ☆4Friendly customer service and a lot of regular customers were coming to pick up their takeaway food.Overall ☆4.5 but the pita bread is unbeatable.

Popular Afghan Charcoal restaurant.Friendly owner, busy place at dinner time.Tried the mix Kebab ( Lamb, chicken and lamb mince skewers), which was tasty with a great charcoal flavor.Fresh homemade pita bread was made in the traditional tandoor in front of the counter.

Really good friendly stuff and I had chicken wrap with fresh naan (pita) bread. Tasted delicious. The chicken kebab had a good spicy level. Plus, they can make it more spicy if you can ask them.

Afghan Charcoal Kebab House
I had dinner here and ordered the chicken biriyani along with a chicken kebab skewer and two lamb mince (sheesh) kebab skewers. The kebabs were delicious especially the chicken. The chicken biriyani was average because the chicken pieces were dry and not moist as if they had been prepared a while back and added later. And I wasn’t happy that they charged me $1 for a takeaway container for leftovers. But I would still recommend this place for the kebabs!

Afghan Charcoal Kebab House
Had the mixed kebabs with flat bread instead of rice. The meat was succulent and well flavoured. The bread was piping hot, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.The salad was very basic, but then again it always in these places. Still full marks for the meat and bread.The restaurant got very smoky because of the charcoal, but bearable.

Had the qabuli pullaw and a halo pratha for takeaway while my mates had the mix kebabs and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, Fairly price and quickly served, one of the highlights was the super friendly service.

Had a really nice meal here with friend. The lamb skewer is really well cooked and seasoned. The bread is absolutely beyond marvellous, extremely recommended to have it while it is hot. The rice meal is impeccable too.

Afghan Charcoal Kebab House
Food here is delicious and all freshly prepared. My favourite dish was the okra stew / curry. Vine leaves were also excellent. Kids really enjoyed their meat wraps with the soft fluffy pita bread and filled with salad and the meat skewer.
