Carseldine Chempro Chemist

Absolutely useless. Refused to fill a hospital prescription. Went to another chemist, exact same prescription I gave this store and they filled it with no problem whatsoever.Don't use carseldine chempro!!Terrible service and lack professionalism

Spent five minutes waiting for cashier to stop talking to the other cashier. Once I got to the front of the line the clowns wanted me to give them full name and address for over the counter medication which I've got from other pharmacies without this issue.

Usually a great place, friendly staff, thus my 3 star rating. Had the rudest young girl today who smirked at everything i said and was rude and sarcastic about my asthma, very unfriendly, made me feel even worse after a few stressful flooded days, i was polite and kind and was treated so rudely. Will no longer returb to this chemist

Being a regular now at the chemist for over ten years, the staff work hard at excellence in customer service and assistance. Even though they are going through a store revamp they insure that there's waiting chairs and always make you feel welcome. Thank you Tahlia for the ongoing excellent customer service and always with a smile

Go somewhere else!they will rob you like they did me.

Derek is super helpful and runs a fantastic pharmacy, one of the best in Brisbane.

I had obvious conjunctivitis and went into the pharmacy. My head was down - I really wanted to get in and out and not be seen by anyone. Instead the girl at the counter says, hang on - I'll get the pharmacist to look at you. Then I've got two girls just staring at me whilst I explain I've obviously got conjunctivitis - can I please have something? No - we need a third pharmacist to come and look at this too. So all three pharmacists are now grilling me on my conjunctivitis and I say to them - it's fine, I really did not think it would be this hard. I'm going to see a Dr obviously but it's 5pm on a Friday I was just hoping for something to alleviate the pain. Then the pharmacist starts yelling at me as I'm leaving the store - you need to see a Dr do it TODAY. I'm like, yes I understand! But seriously, is it that hard to have a little bit of compassion and good customer service. Conjuctivitis is embarrassing and painful - I just wanted some treatment in the meantime and a little tact wouldn't have gone astray either. Went to Chemist Warehouse and they helped me - no questions (from every pharmacist in the store) asked!

These are the kindest, most compassionate chemists on the North of Brisbane. They always look after their customers by offering them the best price on medications and are incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring their customers the best possible care.

Just received my fourth vaccination yesterday at Carseldine Chempro. The service was great and I did notice that Jonathan was chatty to distract me when I told him I'm scared of needles ha ha. I can't fault their service and am very grateful they stock the vaccine I wanted. Thanks again guys.

A special shout-out to Chad. He always goes above and beyond to help us.Very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We need more CHADS :)
