TERRIBLE SERVICEThey dropped items at delivery which completely smashed. It then took 3 months of us chasing them up and them ignoring our emails to be offered $200 compensation on furniture worth $2,000 to replace.

Horrible horrible horrible. Please heed my warning and stay away from these guys. Our kids are sleeping on the floor in London for 3 weeks already (another 6 to go!) Because these guys completely miscalculated the quote and on top made us pay extra, and delayed shipment by 6 weeks. You have been warned
