I would like to congratulate the whole Team at the pharmacy. I have always loved the service received here by the staff prior to the new business coming into operation.Tina and Chris were just so friendly and helpful, I never really needed direction from them regarding medications for my health requirements.Occasionally, maybe, an explanation but not very often and when I did, they were fantastic explanations.The new pharmacist Matthew is absolutely amazing with customer service. In addition, his knowledge has helped me greatly with a new diagnosis regarding the products I require. This is lovely and reasurring to experience with a new pharmacist. Matt reminded me of my pharmacist that I used to have since a baby who gave old fashioned customer service and looked after our family until the day he retired. I hope Matt is successful in his goals for his new venture in Laidley and he is here for a very very long time!Another pharmacist, Bruce is also patient-focused. They all take the time to explain things and they made me feel like a valued customer. All the staff including Leanne, Amanda and all the other pharmacy assistants whom I can't remember their names of yet are also the best, they all provide incredible customer service. They're always very friendly and greet me with a very Happy hello, how are you today Karyn." They engage and treat me with so much respect and care. It really is a wonderful place to do my pharmacy business.I think we are incredibly lucky to have such a fabulous team looking after our health requirements. I am so disappointed the service can be good on occasions but the constant errors with medication even when supplying a list they don't listen. Since ownership changed it is a nightmare Leanne is lovely and helpful but I can't even go anymore the stress is to much

So sad to see this pharmacy change owners. Previous owners were so friendly and extremely helpful but this is no longer the case. I cannot regularly get their phone to answer and everything takes so much longer now when you go in. As the local pharmacy this is very disappointing.

Matthew and his team are doing a wonderful job, they are so very caring and will go out of their way to help with advice about medications and other medical products, I no from first hand experience in January when I was in the Chemist and took sick Matthew and Luke the whole team were so very kind and caring till the Ambulance arrived, The shop is looking great and Can’t wait to see the end result it is what Laidley needs, good luck to LiveLife Pharmacy I hope you achieved all you hope for.

Had to go into an unexpected isolation due to COVID, and Leanne kindly on her own time after work, dropped off mums medication. A bunch of flowers arriving tomorrow for you :-) Cant thank enough. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I moved from Brisbane a few years ago and purchased here, and its really different from the Pharmacies at the main burbs. In the best possible way! Great chemist. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, prices and range are great and if it's not part of their usual range, they order it in and it's there within a day or so. They actually care about their customers and their needs and offer great solutions and advice. You should be proud of your wonderful team. Well done.

Exceptional customer service at Laidley pharmacy. Ive only visited twice but each time the staff are very friendly & have good knowledge. The owner is a lovely man & very helpful also.
