Been dealing with them for 5 years through sales and servicing. Rarely have i left happy with their service or professionalism. Time and time again I have been let down and time and time again fed the same excuses. I will not ever recommend this company and will be getting my new vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Today I had a screw removed from my front tyre. It only took about 10 minutes to get the job done and it only cost $35. I bought my car from this dealer about 4 years ago, and they are very honest business.

Ireland truly is a car dealership i will continue to use . I have had no problems with them car service is excellent warranty work is carried out within the same week depending on parts in stock . If a problem is not rectified they will call you the next day and have repair done for free with an apology . Holdens all the way .Edit post - as this review was made 5 years ago now it is 2023 . In 2021 I took my vehicle in for a major service which cost a lot of $$$ only to go to another mechanic and find out it that wasn't the case . Therefore I have stopped coming here and will be giving a 2 star review

I was pleasantly surprised, by how good the service is here.It's nice to see a service department in a main dealer who try to save you money.On top of all that, the staff there all adore my giant puppy 'Max'. On my last visit all the receptionists wanted to give him a cuddle.

The staff at Ireland's service center are very dishonest and not at all well informed about recalls.I came in to get the fuel relay and sun visor replaced on my Jeep under a recall, I called the day before the work was supposed to happen to check the parts were in stock, only to be told the replacement relay hasn't even been manufactured by FCA yet!Took the car in to get the sun visor done anyway and they they call at mid-day to tell me the inspection is done and they'll need the car a further 4 hours to do the work! What on earth were you guys doing for the first 4 hours with the car?I wish the staff could have just been transparent in the first place and I wouldn't be so dissatisfied with their service.The only upside was that they managed to get me booked in pretty quickly.

Today I went into the parts department to buy a right sight rear mirror turn signal light for my Captiva. Service was bad and the guy didn't know his job well. He quoted me that the parts were over $200. I told him I just wanted the clear plastic and the price can't be right. He said he had over 20 years experience, but it looks like his 20 years got him nowhere. I decided to buy my parts online and fix it myself.

Our Jeep lost power and Jeep Roadside Assist took it to Irelands.from the moment we got there we were treated with courtesy and they worked out what was wrong asap, called us and advised the part had to be ordered from Melbourne. It was fixed and they called us to advise it was done. Excellent service and Ally was great to deal with.

We're travelling and booked our car in well in advance for a service but had some transmission issues arising in the days prior. They were amazing helping us out to get the transmission sorted before we headed south. Nothing was too much trouble they even helped us sort out after hours collection because we'd been out on the Reef!

Great work again service team! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Great costumer service and deals. The only dealership in Cairns where dealers walk out and greet you.
