honestly so rude. was rushing my full set of acrylics because i was their last client and they wanted to leave. i asked for french tips but said my nails were too small when i’ve had them done before. made my fingers bleed and got glue and acrylic all over my hands and skin. would not be returning back there.

I went for a mani pedi. Now, I have had a mani pedi once a month for the last 10 years. I have recently moved back to Perth and I am a man so I feel like this salon thought they could take me for a ride. I had a mani pedi maybe the worst of my life. I had to ask for colour twice before they acknowledged that I wanted colour then made me walk to the walk to choose fromA very dismal selection after they had already begun my pedi, which is fine I wanted electric green and they had a bright yellow- very poor selection . No problem, yellow it is. Two coats, very patchy lots of marks but apparently that’s fine. Now foot scrub, no scraping of skin this is all a pedi required according to this salon. No exfoliation. Very disappointing. And hands. Oh. Very disappointing. No cuticle clipping, no care. Just very disappointing! Maybe as a lady you will be treated better but honestly I was vey let down.

Absolutely disgusting. I was happy to pay $40 to have my shlec removed and put back on. When I asked to get a tiny corner of dirt on one nail out - I offered to do it myself with a disposable..it was so obvious it needed doing while it could be seen. I was told no I have to pay for pedicure. I said it was rude. And then I was told I was rude and to get out. Sorry what? Umm $40 …one nail corner. Ridiculous…you don’t deserve a business or clients. She pointed to the door demanding me out…I…the bigger person offered to pay for the removal that had been done so she then decided and demanded $20. I’ll leave you to your own devises and karma. It was an empty salon and I was having a quiet conversation with my mum who geared the whole thing

Friendly staff. Nail technician listened to what I wanted and suggested my best options after taking off my SNS. She made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. The lady was very careful and gentle. I Love my nails and will definitely back again.

This place is filthy, cleans dirt from under fingernails then puts tool back in draw( no sterilisation). Used the foot spa on next customer without disinfecting bowl

I have never come across a nail shop so incredibly rude. This is my local but reckon it’s changed hands. They rudely speak in their own language thinking their clients cannot understand. A lady came in to request they fix one of her nails that has fallen off after 2 days. They spoke amongst themselves sneered at the lady and told her to come back. Whilst she’s gone, they ridiculed her. I myself had to returned despite my reluctance to, on a 40degree day to fix 2 nails on my toes that had wrinkled. The owner rudely said to me she asked me if it was ok when it was done. It was ok when it was done but can you imagine, 5 coats later? 3 was done by an inexperienced lady, though she was inexperienced, she was nice and gentle. I can tell she couldn’t do it as she had to keep cleaning it and as she put more coating on, to try to smooth out what she had done. The owner came to help and put on 2 more coats. She was so rude shouting to me that I told her in front of her other sitting clients that she has to be kinder to her clients. I simply requested for them to fix my nails they had done 3 hours prior. Please for your own sake, take your money elsewhere. It’s not like there a shortage of these shops.

$40 for 10 minutes worth of rushed work to get shellac painted on my toes seems excessive, especially when there is one person jumping in between people. Mid-way through the pedicure, the lady tells me they aren't accepting cash, and I had to get it out from the shop after they had finished. I would recommend the nail store on the other side of the shopping centre instead.

I went here to get my nails done for me, the lady who did them just did a showdy job on them n left me getting the nails dried she never came back to tell if the process was done or not she left me to figure out for myself and went to start on a new customer, I can say their customer service is at zero.

My experience at fancy nails and spa was a very painful one! Would not recommend and would not go back.Getting your sns nails removed at a cheaper price is not worth it, as the lady will do what she described to me as the 'quick' way of removing them by cracking the corner of your nail and shoving an acrylic nail between your natural nail and the sns layer and yanking the sns off. This was so painful and completely unnecessary as I had not requested for the process to be quick and had already waited 20 minutes regardless. I informed the lady that it was painful and she couldn't have cared less. Anyone could have caused themselves this much pain for free so do not give your money to this place! My nails are completely destroyed and I strongly discourage anyone from getting their nails done here.
