Haymans Electrical Maroochydore

Excellent Service. Superb business. I am an Electrical Contractor and have been dealing with Haymans Maroochydore for over 5 years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and respectful. pricing is very fair and competitive.

I am not one to write reviews ever, but I feel the need for this for a few different reasons. I am not an electrician, however, I bought everything I needed for my shed and a family member was going to do the work as they are a qualified electrician.I was a little shocked at the total price of the items at the time of purchasing, I hadn’t done too much research, but assumed all wholesalers would be at a similar price range to stay competitive. This was my first mistake. I was in Bunnings the following day and saw one of the cables I had bought (2.5mm x 100mm) for more than half the price of what I had paid. This lead me to think that something was just not right, so I further investigated. I went to a closer wholesaler to my home, and priced everything I had bought and the difference was astronomical. I paid $1385 in this store, as apposed to being quoted $680 for all items at another electrical store (Disgusting).When I went back to the store to question how they can charge such ridiculous prices for things and get a refund for the items, I was subsequently laughed at, it was almost as if when I walked back into the store they knew they had ripped me off.I would boycott this store, for three reasons:OverchargingThe Worst Customer Service I have ever ExperiencedThey go back on what they say (I was told I would get a full refund, and then wasn’t provided one)

I went in there yesterday to ask a question about a problem we have with lighting and the woman that served me went above and beyond to help me fix it. She was really helpful and friendly and after spending time trying to locate what I needed, she identified the item was no longer in stock and very kindly told me where to get it. Great customer service!
