Can't do enough when wanting your money.However if need a claim this company will keep you in the dark and have you wait months, they will tell you to undertake work to find the source of the problem if need be, then decline your claim with out providing any reports undertaken after having you wait for months.Been a member of this company for well over 10 years and have never had a claim. Disgusting service.

The best motor vehicle insurance company I have ever dealt with. Covid 19 lockdowns interfered with my ability to get to my repairer several times. Shannons staff were always helpful, polite and bent over backwards to assist. Highly recommend and thanks to all at Shannons

Please do not use Shannon's online chat, too much time delay in between chat responses, it's a waste of time chatting to this OS contact centre, just persevere and call the Aussie local team instead as they are really helpful!!!

Good website, but you can't get an online quote. Instead you're obliged to submit your contact details and then be prepared to wait for up to 3 business days for someone to call you back. In my case that wait proved worthwhile, not least because it gave me more than enough times to source quotes from 3 other companies, all of which proved to be cheaper than Shannons anyway!

Shannon insurance is the best if you are an enthusiast. People are friendly and knowledgeable, plus there process is easy. Only thing I would suggest them is to streamline there phone script via chatbot etc. As it takes time.

So far my experience with these guy's has been absolutely first class.I have needed to contact them three times now and I spoken to someone different evey time but the service has very consistent.First class every time, 10/10.

Had been with GIO for a very long time: Insurance up 30.7% !!Shannons was recomended by friend. Excellent, advice/help over the phone, End result car and Home now insured with Shannons with a saving of AUD$1020.26 P.A. Identicle coverage. 10/10
