I have purchased a 'rain set' pants + jacket a couple of months ago and have not had a chance to come back instore to swapt it or get a refund as the pants were actually faulty and I could not wear them.I came instore today given that I could manage to get some time to do the swap, unfortunately I couldnt provide the receipt as it may have just gone missing or I threw in the bin.The guys instore were nice enough in trying to help me finding the transaction on the system. We couldnt find the exact day of the purchase.Long story short I have had to throw A FAULTY item in the bin as the manager of the store wouldnt approve a refund or swap.This is very poor customer service RSEA Richmond.Never again !

I just drove 20 minutes to get here, website says is open, hours for a Tuesday is 8:00-5:30… I waited 20 minutes to see if they open at 9:00am …well is 9:08am and is CLOSED! No any signs explaining why is closed.Bunch of people waiting outside… this is just plain rude!That’s a whole hour I’ll be wasting just for nothing!

The manager of the store is a criminal. I was told over the phone that my charges for an item I didn't even receive wouldn't be refunded for weeks because I used a bank card. The company as a whole is a disaster. I called the head office to get a refund and they claim they made it but it hasn't been processed at all. So I have to resort to getting my bank involved to get my money back. Will never shop with RSEA again.

DO NOT shop from this store. Appalling management, with no value for their customer. Do not expect ANY sort of service or support, and certainly never expect to return an item even if in origianal packaging. Buyingn from AliExpress would have better service than this Australian store.
