From entry to exit the team at Liverpool Centrelink were fantastic. My Nan went in with my Uncle and they said it was very good to see how Centrelink had improved 110%. Polite staff, quick service and there was even a smile on the Security/ Door man's face.

Its a horrible place to visit, if your looking for DRY, RUDE customer service, people who act as if they’ve never socialised with a human being in their lives and have no human decency what so ever. Also they are inexperienced with different language barriers and are oblivious to the fact that different countries speak different types of languages.

The person served me was really rude and no intention to help people. Most important, he lied to me that he submitted my documents and all fixed. But after couple of days we got to know from Centrelink Liverpool, he hasn’t submitted any documents

A big shout out to Sandra who did an amazing job of supporting us yesterday with a tricky situation. She took time to understand the problem and then to resolve it. She stayed after finishing time to ensure it was done. You are an awesome human!

Clients are not welcome here, as soon as I walked in (I don’t want to be here either) I was confronted by 1 person who rudely spoke to me, 2nd lady rude, Third man, “you could of done this all online” if I could do it online I would of Sherlock. It wasn’t allowing me to. 2 stars because the job was done. I really hope I never have to come here again.

Since they Merged Medicare and Centrelink together it's a nightmare trying to lodge claims. I wasted my time and money for going there and they no longer deal with Medicare lodgements. How appalling when their letter said to visit the centre. Good one Health Minister.

“Centrelink” now changed to “Services Australia ”. So now when you go into one of their offices and wait and WAIT. They can’t help you as the Centrelink service is no longer there (as it’s re-branded “Services Australia ”), instead just go away and “ring this number”.So your future is now “Ring this number” since no more Centrelink Offices. Just “Services Australia ”(which provide absolutely NO services!!)Oh, you want to lodge a complaint. Then also “Ring This Number”Of course when you ring any number they provide, you are on hold for hours only to be hung up on or the line to “mysteriously” just drops out. Then rinse and repeat!!But you still get “Centrelink” letters but no “Centrelink” offices to visit.

I really don't blame anyone for getting irritated by these Centrelink workers because they don't smile, they ask you questions like you've committed some horrible crime and also roll their eyes at you.I only needed to update my name so I could link Centrelink to MyGov and had to wait 50 minutes and made feeling like I had the audacity to change my name and now being an inconvenience.Their phone system is pathetic. I tried calling on behalf of my mother and after telling it your Centrelink number and the reason for the call, the phone robot goes, check your online account for the reason. Bye. And hangs up the bloody call. How do you even talk to a real person? So of course, I'll have to go to the office and talk to these eye-rolling higher than thou people again.Don't even get me started on the staff walking around calling people's names which is so inefficient and time-wasting.
