About one month ago, I sent 5 Gluecerna formula cans to Vietnam but they only received 4. After complaining, they paid me back but they used an excuse that it wasn’t their fault. I went back there to send the formula again and they ended up giving the wrong items to my family and I think they swapped item and just gave them an item from Vietnam. Again, they kept making excuses blaming the way they check the products being exported to Vietnam.
