Having dealt with Simon & his team for the last 2 years I always found them to be professional and ethical firm and would highly recommend them. As a Melb based loan facilitator and lender, we only deal with experience quality firms, we simply cant afford otherwise. The person who put the 1 star review seems to me like those that blame everyone but themselves. Alternatively if you want cheap advice use the cheapest Lawyer. As the old saying goes, you pay peanuts and you get monkeys as our firm that handles over $200m in loans each year quality firms stand out and Konstan is one of them that stands out as a quality small inner city boutique firm and have no hesitation to recommend them.
