Great service & value with a good standard specification. We are just completing 4 villas with them, through the busy building period & they have delivered in good time. Another Development down the road had floor slabs 4 months before us, we are now installing cabinets while they are not at lock up yet. Will use Desired again in the future

Building opposite me. Pavements blocked with sand and rubbish blowing down the street. So far I've not seen a supervisor on site. I would not buy one of their homes.Two months after my my initial review I had a visit from a company building supervisor and I am pleased that my initial review has resulted in the footpath being cleared of sand which now means the elderly gentleman who lives next door to the site can once again use the pavement on his mobility scooter. The negative review would not have been necessary had the council acted on my concerns and Desire Homes taken action when I contacted their office on the matter.
