this school is good your kid never gets bullied

This school is amazing, I recently moved back after an awful experience at the high school, and I have come back to one of the best and most caring schools i've been too, all of my previous schools have had me bullied to tears, it is nice to see a school that does not have this issue, the transition to online learning was effective and easy. This school is a place where you can learn and enjoy education in a safe and smart enviroment.

I have left this school as I was depressed every day have to were hot uniforms in hot day buss will stop for ages if you talk to your mates in a normal sound not much sport places as only half court for 7 to 12 and only half a small oval 7 to 12 they are very strict with uniforms after break my shirts normally untucked from break I get a detention from this.

An amazingly supportive school. Transition to online learning platforms has been seamless and extremely easy for my children that attend the school. I can't speak more highly of the teachers and their ethos. Thankyou

I can't speak highly enough about Tamborine Mountain College. Recently, our family found ourselves unexpectedly spending an extended period of time at Mount Tamborine. I contacted the school about the possibility of a place for my 10 year old daughter, and she started the following week. The staff and students were so kind and welcoming. I felt well informed about her social and academic progress, and we really enjoyed being a part of the TMC community. My daughter will carry fond memories of her time at the school, as well as lasting friendships. Highly recommend!

Three children attended-Child 1 - excelled at sport and was on a scholarship- despite wiinning every race in the year - she came second at awards night to a staff members child. We were approached by many families regarding the issue. We did not take any action. She has since graduated.Child 2- was bullied to the point of attempting suicide in the toilets. She was told her throat would be slit and house burnt down around her. After the fact - I was told she is ‘just sensitive’. When I notified of her intent to harm herself we managed to arrive at the school (despite living at the bottom of the mountain) before anyone there had even attempted to help her. I removed her from the school that day. She has never recovered.Child 3- despite being an excellent academic grade student, she had her enrolment revoked post child 2 incident and the excuse of non payment was made despite being on a payment plan with the school since point of enrolment with no issue. Once we threatened legal action I was made to sign a contract stating I would not say anything regarding the school on social media in order for child 3 to remain enrolled. Her enrolment for following year was revoked.My children have suffered extremely due to the principal and business manager of the school.I highly recommend avoiding at the sake of your children’s mental well being.I don’t review out of spite but pure concern for others. The ongoing affects of actions during these years has been unmeasurable for my family.

Absolutely fantastic college! Our children have settled into the school community so quickly and made so many friends. All the teachers and staff are so welcoming, personal and always happy to help.The ethos of 'happy child means happy learning' is so effective and has already made a huge difference to our children. The children are not just numbers but treasured as part of the school family. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness.

TMC is wonderful. My child was struggling with bullying in a former school and was struggling as a result.Now she is with TMC, she's thriving. She is surrounded by a great bunch of kids and bullying is non-existent.The small size of the college works in her favour, because she isn't competing with her teacher's attention with less students in each class, and with free tutoring 3 days a week she's excelling again in subjects she struggled with in the past.Keep up the good work :D
