Fresh Nails

Genuinely mortified at the job that was just done on my nails. I got them filed, buffed and French tip done. I got it done about twenty minutes ago and have already removed it entirely. The paint was like liquid paper, an off white that was thick and gluggy. I even saw the worker go and thin it out with alcohol. Not one had a straight line to the curve and they were entirely uneven. There was nail polish under and around my nails. I asked her to fix them but she kept making it worse. Now that I have removed the polish I can see how poorly filed my nails are with jagged edges and an uneven shape. So disappointed and would love it if you reached out offering a refund for this as my nails now feel pretty weak.

A disgusting experience, I got acrylics done and after 15 minutes they had marks all over them. The women there treated the only male employe disgustingly. There was no talk at all they asked what shape I wanted and said thank you. I had a sore finger and the woman grabbed it and filled at the skin. I had 3 woman serve me, and I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to paint my nails. The only good thing was, I got a student discount. Other than that, it was an absolute disgrace

Have been coming to fresh nails for almost a year now and I have never been disappointed. Always comes with new designs shape is perfect. I'm extremely hard on my nails and I have never had so much as a chip since seeing the girls at fresh.

I have been using Fresh Nails for a while now and find that the staff are friendly, and the service is consistently good. Amy, the owner and who does my nails, is terrific. I would strongly recommend this salon.
