I recently contacted Airtax about lodging overdue Tax returns. When Alex contacted me he assisted me and explained everything in a very reassuring and professional manner.My follow up call with Seb was also very professional, reassuring and pleasant. I will definitely continue using Airtax for all my tax needs in the future.

Airtax charge $49 for BAS lodgement by using their template only, any further questions, you have to pay $99 to chat to their qualify accountant. They don't even allow you to print a copy of your BAS lodgement so you can submit to your own accountant. Customer service Alex can't even answer my question properly and always refer me to pay for their qualify accountant service. No good and very disappointed.

Great platform and easy interface for my quarterly BAS. Recently used them for income tax (for the first time) but the website was apparently acting up and so inadvertently got upgraded to more expensive package. Despite advertised “unlimited” online support - they charged me an additional $80 to make minor adjustments to my original submission.If using them for rideshare BAS, at this stage, you can only automatically have airtax prefill data from Über, other platforms have to be entered manually.

If i knew PwC - being a leading global firm, make such a poor interface with half information available for someone lodging BAS, i would've never chosen Airtax. paid $149 and chose to schedule expert assistance call later- guess what, they dont give you option, no emails to say your bas has been submitted etc. Clearly complete user testing hasn't been done before launching the Airtax website.Airtax Please help!

Excellent value. I’ve been using airtax for both BAS and income tax returns for the last three years. It’s inexpensive and the customer service is excellent if you have any problems. Definitely the way to go.

Communicating with Airtax Team such as Alex for my Quarterly BAS [via Airtax Website HELP button] has been an excellent experience for me since early 2018. Their responsiveness and quality of feedback have been very consistent and I highly recommend them.

Quick, helpful, friendly, proactive and all my tax problems solved.I use the app on my phone most times and have used Airtax for my personal tax for the past 3 years. Though I may be a very easy basic sort of tax person I love the prefil, the information I learn either looking up their help and explanations section or contacting a real live person and getting excellent response times and assistance. This year I needed a bit extra help and problems solved very easily. Helps reduce my stress on these matters 100%. Thanks PWC!

Seb helped me do my tax return yesterday. Being a 1st time sole trader she made me feel at ease. She did a great job. Money well spent. Thank you Seb.Today I spent 30 mins with Alex. He was able to talk me through on how to do my quarterly BASS statement a broke it down to easily to understand steps. Thanks Alex. Easy to deal with company

I find Airtax quite amazing. It allows you to save details and come back with those often forgotten receipts and charges and claim accordingly.Also, a very big thank you to Alex and Seb who are amazingly responsive and considerate, even taking the time to call when things might not be clear. Love the service and value for money - keep it up peeps!
