I bought some Mozzarella and a couple of pieces of buffalo steak. I didn't have the right change on me but the owner said I could take the goods and pay through his bank account when I get home. Too easy, very trusting and the product was delicious.

The freshest most delicious mozzarella I have EVER had! Feta was beautiful too.Make sure you take the number, you WILL want to order more.Not easy to spot so put it in your map & look out for the brown wooden gazebo.

We’ve been going along the Lake’s Way for years but only just came across Burraduc Buffalo on our most recent trip. They have a little fridge with all their Buffalo products, dairy and meat and it’s fantastic! We enjoyed the milk, yoghurt, T-bone steaks and most of all the Mozzarella! Stop by here on your way past and grab some delicious produce!

My mother and i attended a tour of the farm and production of burraduc buffalo farm. We got to taste a range of cheese products and milk. Was definitely great to try the difference in the water buffalo cheese, i found some great products to buy to add with my cheese platters at home. There were some very cute baby buffalo that we got the pleasure of patting. Im a local and will return.

Bought some buffalo mozarella today at the Newcastle Farmer's Markets and it is so delicious! So happy with my purchase and will continue to purchase from Burraduc.

My partner and I had a two day holiday experience at this gorgeous farm. We saw how the farmers, Elena and Adrian, work with their buffaloes to make buffalo dairy milk based products. From this great experience I just really wish to have more farms like that in our Earth.I always thought that the dairy industry is so cruel to animals and this farm has proven to me that it’s not always like that. The farmers keep calves with mothers, milking the cows just in the morning without any stress, without any tools, conversely with the absolute cooperation of animals.Thanks to this great work. They produce the best cheese, yoghurts a milk I have ever had.
