Chemist Warehouse Heidelberg West

Was an O.K. Experience, guy called Jacob kept asking for a bag. I was very confused and suspicious. I took off and he chased me, turns out he needed to check my bag for potentially stealing stuff. He never caught me however.

Great place to shop, only issue I had was I asked a strapping young lad by the name of Jacob to assist me reaching a product however he was far too short, great heart just lacking some height, overall good experience tho

Left today after getting in a full on screaming argument with both pharmacists over a system error with processing 2 electronic scripts. Explained it was not easy to re get these scripts and that its now going to make me look like I'm asking for extra meds. Not only that but one script was completely cancelled so now I'm without meds. Getting into any dr right now is difficult so I'm worried how ill go over a weekend without these meds. Like had it been one,no big deal but the second script got cancelled. How does that. Didnt even have the right dr details to begin with. No wonder it couldn't get filled. System error,so the patient misses their meds. Our fault yeh!

I have been coming here for 7 years now and get all my scripts filled here., Pharmacists and staff are always friendly and helpful.Lately I have been doing a lot of click & collect orders at this store which they complete super quick. Great store!

I absolutely love this place. best chemist warehouse in australia. the young lad called jacob is an absolute champ and always helps me carry my goods to the car.

Harrison lead chemist at chemist warehouse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.He has helped me with my wifes medication numerous times.Thanks to Harrison and Staff.

The worst customer service ever, I have bought a probiotic powder for my baby, I have found it open when I back home! I back to chemist and asked them to swap it with new one, they ignored and didn’t swap it!

Very poor conduct from the pharmacist. Previously they had not provided clear guidance, resulting with me buying and trying 3 different sprays for hay fever. Yesterday we went to use Pharmacy ID system and have our IDs verified, the pharmacist was on a lunch break (which was OK), but did not bother to come out instead preferred to convey his message through another rep behind the counter, speaking mysteriously behind the cabinets... What upset us greatly was when he said he will only check 2 pages and that was it! There was no one around... We went to a nearby pharmacist in Ivanhoe and it took them 2 minutes to complete our process! I know where NOT to go for my pharmacy needs, moving forward.

Don't answer their phone. Bad luck if you need to organise payment and pickup of covid medication. People could die. If you're so busy, your clearly making money. HIRE SOME MORE STAFF like Ivanhoe CW.
