Edwar, Maree and their team were a pleasure to deal with during the re-stumping of our weatherboard house in July/August this year. The job involved which involved replacement of all stumps, which had been in place over 70 years. They took great care to minimise any damage to our property resulting from the works, completed the job promptly and were easy to contact with any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Melbourne looking to get their house re-stumped.

We are so happy with the underpinning work Edwar and his team did on our house. The work they did has completely closed up the internal and external cracks we had and realigned doors. The crew were great, and so tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. Landmark was also very competitive with their pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark and Edwar to anyone who is needing this kind of work done.

Eddy & the team did a great job reblocking our house.Brilliant work cutting through the floorboards, perfectly straight.Also great work when they went under our floor to replace a stump that had really bad access.Good at escalating any issues they found.Worth checking out the sub floor yourself as well to see what you want replaced/fixed.Thanks Eddy and Maree
