Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I live in Perth & rang to discuss a vehicle you have just acquired. I gave my first offer to John who had barely any idea of what he was discussing then when I was hoping to negotiate a price for pick up on the weekend I threw out my first offer and without any hesitation the response o received was ‘good luck with that’ then when I mentioned that I felt offended I was told that the gentleman had never said that even though I have 2 witnesses to the conversation.I was willing to negotiate price and work out a fair deal for both parties but was dismissed so quickly and rudely I was and still am in shock.For a dealership to not understand the definition of a negotiation is quite upsetting.

100% recommend to get your new car from them! John was very helpful and delivered my new Mercedes from Margaret River to my home in Perth for free! The selling price is also fantastic!

The dealer paid for the car $2800. The first week they advertised the car for $4600. A week after, they pretended the car was sold. A few days after, the same car the dealer put back on the market but the price was increased to $7200. They did nothing on the car but the price increased a lot. That is a good example of how the dealers ripoff the customers!!! What a shame!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

After many months of looking, I found the car I was looking for. Low mileage, well priced and in good condition. Within minutes of meeting John, I knew that he was old school, down to earth, experienced and honest. I felt at ease making the decision to buy the vehicle.In any small town, a business must do the right thing by it's customers or it will not survive. For John to survive in his industry, he must be doing things right and I can certainly vouch for that fact.As it turned out, the vehicle I bought had a minor but very annoying and elusive intermittent fault. One which does not affect the running of the vehicle but nevertheless not right.John has been amazing in his cooperation and patience in having numerous people try to catch this fault in the act, and diagnosing and repairing it. The issue presents itself so rarely, neither the dealers nor two respected and highly experienced mechanical workshops have been able to nail it down yet.John, thank you for all your help. Do not recommend at all!!!! Absolute rip off!!! Promised me and 2 other friends to buy the car off us after we were done with our 3 months of regional work. I obviously didn't expect to get offered the full amount back but they offered us not even a quarter of what we paid. What a joke!!!A person interested in the car when I tried selling it took it to their mechanic which was the same person who inspected my car when I bought it and told me everything is in order. He then wrote a 3 page list of things wrong with the car, which must have magically occurred in the 3 months I had it. Total rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought an awesome car from John last year and he was friendly and very accommodating. Made sure I was happy with all and after a month when my aircon had some issues despite being just out of warranty he was more than happy to contribute towards getting this issue fixed . Very happy customer .Thank you John
