I've been ordering from LeBeauty online for years now and my most recent order had a little bit of a mix up with one of the products I ordered, but once I had contacted them via email to sort it out they went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. I dealt with Ellen from their customer care and she was super helpful and courteous not to mention very prompt with her replies! It really made my day, its experiences like this that secure happy, long term, repeat customers!

I was extremely impressed with my experience at LeBeauty. Location is convenient next to North Richmond train station and car parking available . Encountered very lovely and helpful staff and products are of very good quality. Will definitely be making this place a staple supplier!

I don't normally write reviews, but when the customer service is this good, I just can't help myself!The staff were amazingly helpful with their communication (esp Meghan).They went above and beyond to source the item I had requested, and made a special order just for me.Their ordering process was quick and easy, and upon collecting my order, I was greeted by wonderful staff.A huge pleasure doing business with these guys.

I came after closing hours, forgetting to check what time the shop closes on Friday, and saw people storing products around the back of the store. I was happy to come another day but I was pleasantly surprised when the manager (I assume) came out and helped me get the items I wanted and was so friendly and kind. It was such a sweet gesture to let me get my items despite it being after hours. I'm also really pleased with the price of the products as they're cheaper compared to other stores. I can't wait to use them! I will absolutely be coming back to this store when I'm in need of more beauty supplies !!

The staff are so lovely and helpful, as soon as I walked in they asked me if I needed a hand- which is amazing! Lovely experience, great products available and great staff experience! I will be going in and buying my products from now on and not buying online via product brand website, these guys are far more accomodating and convenient! Thanks again for the good experience, I’m sure my partner will be so excited that I managed to get the tan I wanted as I will be practicing on him tonight, Lol!

It can be really hard to find products that are made for people with curly hair to help keep their frizz to a minimum. My friend recommended to check out Lebeauty as they have a great range of products. Their website is easy to use and had exactly what I was looking for and shipping is pretty quick too. I'll definitely be buying from Lebeauty again. Highly recommend.
