We are having the best experience with Hyecorp. We are renting on one of their recent projects Kira and we also bought off the plan in Audrey.The quality of their apartments, the building and the way they look after their customers it is absolutely outstanding.We only have words of appreciation to Mariza Federico from the sales team.She may not realise how helpful she has been since the time we met her and we are truly grateful for all her help and generosity.She is amazing and always goes beyond the expectations.Simon, Felipe and Monica

George from Hyecorp was a pleasure to deal with in the lead up to the purchase of our first home at Audrey, St Leonards. His open and honest approach to sales was refreshing and we didn't feel pressured at any point. Every question we had in the unfamiliar territory of buying off the plan was answered very clearly which gave us confidence at each step. The Hyecorp team provides you with a great experience when buying off the plan and would happily recommend them.

We purchased an off the plan apartment from Tara over a year ago, which is under construction and due to settle in a few months.From our first meeting George Benlian has been an integral part of our journey with Hyecorp. He is very consultative, he knows the property market like the back of his hand, especially around lower north shore where Hyecorp build their properties. He has been always prompt in his communication and professional.We have inspected Hyecorp’s other projects as we have few friends who bought from Hyecorp and we are very happy with the quality. Hyecorp keeps you informed with progress of the build in detail, so we haven’t had any bad suprises to date. Their use of technology thru the Hyecorp app is very useful and we love the community events they do.We look forward to moving to our apartment soon.

Had a great experience buying off the plan. The sales team have been responsive and able to accommodate wishes that have allowed the apartment to be tailored to our needs. Love the app, that shows plans, photos and 3d models of our future home. They also arrange events, classes and gifts that are a nice bonus and great way to meet the neighbors.

Honestly, I’d strongly recommend people to avoid purchasing a Hyecorp property off the plan. This is by far and away the most money we have ever spent on a property and was something we hoped to be in for a long time. I can now say, it’s only been about 12 months and we are already looking at our options for leaving. Fundamentally, this comes down to a couple of things:1. Post Sale Support. They are wonderful during the sales process, however everything post-sale did not meet the expectations that were set in the slightest. Once we had settled on the property and needed assistance/defects fixed it felt like we were just being painful.2. Defects. Firstly, there were quite a number of them. We have moved into new properties before and have had no where near the amount of issues we had with this property. We logged a few during the pre-settlement inspection and none of them were even remotely addressed before we settled. It felt redundant and now, almost 12 months in, we are still trying to get some of these initial items resolved. In the same vein, anything that could not be fixed by a handyman on the spot has become absolutely painful to deal with. We have had to fight every step of the way to get things addressed. Often, told we need to deal with trades ourselves because they didn’t believe it was a defect. Only for the trade to have to go back to the builder because it was. The last thing I will say on this is that, we had to make sure we tracked every defect. There is no transparency around the management of the defect process and often things are just not done (or forgotten) unless you are persistent. It’s very uncomfortable to feel as though every item rests on our shoulders.3. Trust. It feels like Hyecorp will do all they can to keep control of the property post sale. We were incredibly disappointed to learn that we (and many other owners) were not invited to the first AGM because of an admin error on the vendors side. They didn’t have confirmation of our purchase so they did not invite us (yet, they gave us the keys…). Fortunately we found out and attended a very small AGM. Of course, all of their subsidiary companies got appointed. Now, it feels incredibly painful to get things done as it doesn’t feel like we have an independent voice for the building.Anyway, very disappointed and quite upset with how, something we thought would be a life changing moment, has been nothing but angst and stress.

The sales process and display was great and there was semi-regular communication leading up to settlement. Our sales personal was actually quite lovely and caring. It all went downhill from there. We have way too many defects, that a year later still all haven’t been addressed and no end date in sight. This is despite having been told most defects would be fixed in both apartments and common areas within 3 months - that’s now a laughable timeline.They do not conduct themselves in an ethical or moral manner. You have to be litigious to get them to take responsibility for their poor workmanship. They appoint their own building management company, get themselves and their mates on the Strata Committee, and get Strata Management companies they have on the payroll to manage their buildings. All so they can avoid paying to fix their defects. There’s even dodgy reviews written by these people to inflate their google review score. They’re just dodgy operators

We bought a 3 Bed apartment at KIRA Lane Cove over a year ago (off the plan). As a first-time home buyer, we can’t speak highly enough of George Benlian from Hyecorp property group who explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and helped us make the right decision.Throughout the KIRA apartments construction period, George communicated the progress in timely and professional manner. His knowledge, honesty and friendliness are very much appreciated.We had an excellent experience working with the Hyecorp team. They delivered everything that they promised in terms of customisation and immaculate quality of work of our apartment. We have just purchased our first home with Hycorp and couldn’t be more excited. George was knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of our questions about the property and the company. Since we bought off the plan having access to the display suite really helped us understand what our future home would look and feel like and we’re really impressed with the finishes.
