Are your staffs and manager okay?Walked in earlier and found a rude lady yelling at the staff at the front counter. The manager Asian guy stepped in and asked what was going on but the lady kept yelling at him and asking what she wants. Kudos to him for handling the situation and standing up for his staff. I feel bad for him because he looked really stressed out and it was really busy. There were only two workers at the front.KFC Casuarina you need to add more workers so these bloody customers do not have to wait that long especially since your drive-thru is closed.

Had a great time eating the spicy chicken and chikcen nuggets at this restaurant but the wait is a little long. The staff at the front and the manager Khris were committed to great service and were very friendly. Such a shame you guys don't have any more Family feast, Khris was helpful and answered all of my questions with the menu. The spicy and wicked wing chicken tasted great! Will be definitely coming back, thank you so much!

Polite and really helpful with my order. Didn’t know what exactly to order because I don’t normally order at KFC. Kris started suggesting their best sellers which was really helpful. The wait was a little longer but couldn’t complain with my foods! Thanks Kris for the lovely brief talk!

Have tried this KFC several times and always awful, never again!!! I don't know if KFC is generally just going downhill not that it was ever great. The Zinger burger was drenched in overpowering sauce and chicken soggy, not as I remember them at all. Service is also hit and miss, sometimes given serviette but usually not, and the place is generally DIRTY.

They forgot to peel their chickens or something lol. Found the little charred hairs on the wings. The lady who served me was very sweet. Still demolished the rest of the wings. Cheers!

Would have scored better if facility didn't look so dirty and children prevented from climbing on tables and other undesirable behavior
