Call them if your loved needs a travel.Quickly picking up the phone, not like others, I don’t need to wait 10 mins unit someone pick up the phone.Reasonable price and very convenient pick up location in Melbourne.Excellent service, delivered on time from Sydney to Melbourne, even bit earlier than expected.

Hi, i had my puppy i brought from Sydney transported to me in Goldcoast by Rachel and her communication with me with time of pick up was very professional and on point, its so worrying when you dont know where you fur babies are, but Rachel done such a great job of delivering my puppy safe and sound with no issues..100% would use again and refer this service to anybody.. Connor and Bowen were wonderfully easy to deal with. Bowen arrived at the pickup point exactly on time. Had a nice little chat as well about my pets transport and condition. Showed she really knew her stuff. Would 100% use them in the future if I need to. As an added bonus I thought the cost was very reasonable as well. Great service!

The ‘service’ (or lack of) from this business has left me absolutely fuming, out of pocket and in an incredibly difficult position. In January, I booked my dog to travel from Melbourne to Sydney in July, thinking I was being very organised to reduce stress closer to the time. I sent $300 straight away in January. Almost 2 weeks before travel date, I sent an email just to confirm everything and to also ask a few questions re vac certificate, only to get a response informing me that they’ve changed travel dates to either 10 days prior or a week after. These dates did not suit me and I asked them to honour the fact that I was already booked and confirmed on a certain date. They didn’t. I was completely baffled that I wasn’t informed immediately after these changes. When were they going to tell me? They weren’t. They got lucky that I emailed. They should have honoured the fact that a customer was already booked and not change that without even informing them! I am now having to spend double the amount to fly my dog up to Sydney which is going to cause her stress, and myself stress which was completely unnecessary. I will never use this company again and never recommend them.

Hi there l was so lucky to find safe and sound pet transport. The communication through the phone was gladly appreciated and very helpful and understanding. My pet dog Sashi was transported from Gold Coast to Melbourne and travelled really well and was looked after by the very kind driver. I highly recommend them to every one as safe and sound is the best way to transport your loving pet. Thank you so such Annette.
