Highly recommend. I have been taking our dog to Dr Charlie. She is great, really cared for our German shepherd and always takes the time to explain what’s going on in depth and the options available. Wonderful vet.

I’ve taken my cat here for all her 15 years & counting, love talking to the ladies at the front desk blessed vet nurse angels (@ Amanda). All of the vets are well trained & kind. I’ve never felt uncomfortable asking a question or calling for help. Thanks for always making one slightly unhappy kitty a healthy and happy cat.Recommend going here if you are local or even if it’s slightly out your way for all of your pets needs.

You guys are amazing when I had to put down my dog the vet said all the right things and comforted us, they even wrote us a card dedicated for our dogs memory. Now you guys are looking after my dog Kobe and are exceptional! Thank you

Travelling, we were lucky to stumble on this place as it was close to our accommodation and had good reviews here on google, they fit us in first thing the next day.We were lucky enough to get a consult with the lovely and very well educated Dr Charlie. A very warm person with compassion, a love for animals and backs it up with great knowledge. At the check up of my elderly cat, I didn't feel rushed, we were there close to an hr, she took her time to understand my concerns and give me as much understanding as possible from a vets point of view, the people in the know about animals, she's next level though. After some tests were run to cancel out my concerns I was informed over the phone of the results and given an explanation of those results and where the parameters sat compared to 'normal'. I was given some advice and some options to consider and didn't have anything pushed on me at all.I would not hesitate to bring any of my animals here and would trust them whole heartedly (we have 3 rescue dogs and 1 cat, I don't believe they currently consult on birds). The practice itself didn't feel horribly clinical as some vet practices do, it had a wonderful vibe and was filled with warm reception staff and people chatting (so rare these days) so everyone clearly felt relaxed and comfortable here. Thanks Ascot Vets!

They killed our dog over a skin irritation!Yes, that's right. They needed a biopsy so they decided to put a 14 year old dog under general anesthesia (not local) to get 3 small samples of skin. My father who didn't know better signed the form to agree to this stupid, negligent procedure (and to free them of potential liability). My mother has been crying for most of the day, a 79 year old woman. You dont put an old dog under general anesthesia unless it's life threatening. They were merely diagnosing a relatively minor condition. I am so mad over this! She was a member of our family not some dog". They didn't even apologize

All of the team at Ascot Veterinary Hospital are exceptional people, from the reception staff through the nurses to the Vets themselves. They are compassionate, accomplished, accommodating and super friendly. They go above and beyond in an emergency. I am an anxious dog Mum who always imagines the worst, but they are patient and empathetic towards me and my dogs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ascot vets are amazing. My dog, Rotti/English Mastiff Cross, is normally weary of strangers. He warmed up to the vet really quickly. The vets there always provide the least expensive solution first, preferring to treat his injury conservatively.
