We been going there for 6 years now all my family goes there and we recommended a lot of people aswell, they use to be good but after today never again, the lady at the reception asked my son for private insurance and said if you don’t have one you will get charge. Next minute after check up and cleaning they charging us she said only 50% we can claim on private insurance, we paid but trust me this is the last time. you just lost a good customer and i will tell all the people that we recommended to leave as well. Other dental clinic can claim the full amount why can’t you claim?

Quite frankly one star is too much but I have no choice of selecting less stars. After being transferred from one clinic to this one I was treated poorly, asking why I was transferred and why I couldn’t be seen at the other clinic (same orthodontist works at both clinics) I found the questions rude and antagonistic. A week later I received a call asking I resume my follow ups at my previous clinic. Even thought the drive is 40 mins longer then, it’s absolutely worth not having to deal with rude, disrespectful hygienists!

My experience has almost always been really great. I love my hygienist, she does a wonderful job! The reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5, is because I once had my teeth whitened here and the results had only lasted a few days for me which was disappointing and waste of money. Otherwise I have been happy with this clinics service.

First; some background - I have an extremely complicated and rare dental history, born with amelogenesis imperfecta and have had extensive prosthodontics throughout my life, in the UK and Australia. I literally have a full mouth of crowns, and have spent more time in a dentist chair before 30yo than most families would combined in their entire lives. I literally had implant surgery 10 days ago for a different problem but...After an unfortunate incident this morning where a crown popped off and required re-cementing, and the only other dentist I have seen since moving to Melbourne 4 months ago was unavailable, I called Core Dental and spoke to Maria. Maria, whilst apologetic that Core was fully booked, was amazing, understanding completely the issue and upon someone cancelling she proactively booked me in and sent me the time.Then, later when seeing Dr Samantha Koh, I had my mind blown. Remember what I said earlier about the length of time I've spent in dental chairs, and add to that that I STILL have a phobia of all things dental; Dr Koh was quite simply the best dentist I've ever had in terms of NOT stressing me out - she listened to everything I said, answered every question, kept me updated with what she was doing with all those evil looking instruments so I was calm.I will need to have a dental implant completed in a couple of months, and I will 100% be asking Dr Koh to do this for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is nervous or anxious around dentists.
