Genista Aged Care Facility
I had both my parents at this Nursing home before they past away . Both times they were excellent with the service and care they gave my parents . The facility was very clean the food was good and my parents were always looked after well . The staff were nice and friendly . During Covid was difficult with visiting but they tried their best to be accomodating . I would not have any hesitation in recommending this nursing home .

I can't speak highly enough of the nurses & staff at Genista. My dad came in as a palliative patient and they went above and beyond to make him (and us) feel comfortable & special. Can't thank them enough for their kindness over such a traumatic time.

Terribly run organisation from top to bottom. My advice is to seek services elsewhere. This facility needs government officials to review their conduct and treatment of consumers.
