Never come backI checked the opening hours and it was 17:30 closing time, I arrived there at 16:45 and the lady didn't let me in and she ven didn't come to the door to see what I am saying. I went there with a little baby and she didn't care. Please train your staff .awful.....

I have had good experiences at the Floreat store in the past but the store was advertised to be open until 5pm. The roller door was 3/4 of the way down at 4.37. When I asked through the window if I could quickly buy something I was told they were closed at 4.15??? The shop should clearly advertise what time they are closing not decide to close earlier if quiet. I went across to another clothing shop Black pepper who were open until 5pm and brought something from them instead. I work in customer service. I don't think this is a good look.
