After paying a deposit for what was meant to be a full rebrand and new website it almost all turned down hill from there.First deposit of 6k was paid in October 2021 and told the work would be completed in about 1-2 months. By Feb we had a couple drawings and not much else to show. I asked to stop work and pay back the deposit minus the work completed to be fair. It took till January 2023 to see this money and only after having to file a vcat hearing.I would of expected a lot better from a company that knows how important a positive online presence is. Going from the google reviews though I am not the only one to have this happen

I was very happy with Major creative at first. But then I didn’t receive any news for 3 months while my website was supposed to be finalized in 6-8weeks. I paid $6000 for a website design. I have been dealing with Victorian Small business commissioner for a dispute resolution. After months, I received a refund of $1000$, never an apology. Now they are not answering anymore so I have sent an application to VCAT so I can receive my money back. Definitely not satisfied with their services.

Siobhan from Major Creative recently assisted a new challenge with our Central Shule (Synagogue) website. The site was dormant and unattended for 3 years as a result of Covid. Once Siobhan received the brief she wasted no time by providing unbelievable service and advice. She had literally a week to make it all happen before the most important celebrations being the high holidays in the Jewish calendar. She arranged all necessary passwords and created a landing page which looked exceptional and user friendly. As it had to be finalised very urgently, Siobhan literally sent an email 5h30 am on a Thursday being a public holiday. This is testament to her dedication in providing a fantastic service. I have utmost confidence in recommending Siobhan for any project big or small.

JUST ANOTHER DODGY SERVICE PROVIDER!We used this business for our website work and it was one of the worst experiences dealing with people who promise the world and never deliver, after a quick setup of our site we then sat with months of delays and excuses and after passing their contact to my partner we are still sitting with on going issues from this business! Dishonest and dishonorable.
