Don't know about other posters, but that wasn't my experience!Recently booked and paid for holiday home for 1 week at Christmas. Via 3rd party site (Stayz). Got booking confirmation from agent. Couple of days later, agent unilaterally cancelled booking, saying they gave us the wrong rate. Said I could rebook online. Tried this and found it hundreds of $$ higher. Queried this with agent and got rude email telling me to read T&C.Sent booking enquiry direct to agent via their website. No response.Not going to spend my money here! Looking further up the coast.
