Their customer service was horrendous, with unresponsive representatives and lack of communication. They were unhelpful, and showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Dealing with them was a complete waste of time and effort. Worst experience!

They are incredibly unreliable. They confirmed the pick-up appointment, but they never showed up. I wasted my entire day waiting for them, and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me of any delays or reschedule. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered, ignored my calls and messages. Very much Unprofessional.
