Great communication from team - went through great lengths and extra mile to ensure the Damselfly candles are shipped to Singapore - and in perfect conditions! Placed a phone order with Loca Bella Boutique and arranged for the item to be picked up for me later in the day by my partner. When I opened the parcel the next day, the wrong dress had been sold to me. I rang up the store and the worker originally told me they would refund the item as they didn’t have the correct item in my size in stock. Tried to arrange a refund and the store decided to back track on their word and say that the dress I was given was correct, when it clearly wasn’t. Wasn’t able to receive a refund, store credit or exchange for the dress which was incorrectly sold to me. Have been spoken to very poorly by the manager Vanessa and her staff. Atrocious customer service and disrespect for their customers. Will never recommend or set foot in this store ever again!

This boutique in Adelaide is a wonderland of relevant brands with excellent service and they really care about their customers. I have bought on numerous occasions and always get a personal email from the owner thanking me for my purchase! Such personalised service is rare these days! I can highly recommend this boutique and I don’t even live in the state! Garments are sent quickly and wrapped with care.

I came across this boutique because I wanted to support local businesses in Adelaide and I haven't been disappointed. The service has been exceptional. My online deliveries always arrive within 24hrs. Recently, I purchased something online from a new brand to me, and being unfamiliar with the sizing, I had to exchange my dress.
