Terminated my web hosting service recently without any notice. Raised a service ticket, and apparently my product had 'expired' but could be moved to a Vodien webhost service as soon as I signed up.They insist they sent an email 30 days in advance. Bulldust! Took my little website elsewhere.

VODIEN - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Don’t touch these guys. 100% Phillipines. I have been a Net Logistics customer for 8 years - they WERE amazing. It sold to Vodien. My VPS is down for 7+ hours regularly. They don’t respond to tickets, you try to call you’ll get incompetent staff. Their general manager doesn’t even know what a VPS is. I’m moving to another company. Please save yourself the horrible experience I’ve had. Don’t choose Net Logistics. You will regret it.

I was very happy with NetLogistics. Unfortunately Dreamscape Networks, which also aquired Voiden has chosen to absorb NetLogistics into the Singapore based company, presumably for the cheaper running costs.This weekend they moved our accounts across to the Voiden servers. No warning was given about this change and the potential disruption. It was incompetent to say the least, with DNS records left behind, a 3 year old backup used to create a new site, and multiple sites left running simultaneously.Higher level support staff are not allowed to communicate directly with customers. Out sites were distupted for 48 hours. Most of the fault finding was done at our end, which then had to be presented in bite size fragments of information to front of house staff as individual support requests.I don't know if our sites are now based in Singapore or Sydney, but the support has definately moved offshore.

We have used netlogistics for approx 10 years now. Mainly for colocation of our servers. When we have needed to contact their support they have always responded in timely fashion. They have engineers in the Data center in Alexandria, so they are on site. When we have needed to drop a new server off, always met by a engineer. All the people I have dealt with have been with them for over 5 years which is a good sign. No Issues. Reliable

Super rude and unapologetic support team. They made a typo when updating my domain details which lead to emails being lost. They did not apologise or admit any fault. Quite upsetting considering I've been with them for over 10 years.

Very disappointing experience. After years average service from this company, I was finally ripped off outright. I cancelled my account with Net Logistics and was invoiced anyway for no provided service. Then a debt collection agency was hired to chase down payment on a cancelled account. I finally managed to get out of the deal by paying a third of the invoiced payment, but for no service or goods provided. Basically, Net Logistics intimidated me into payment with the threat of court action. Avoid this company at all costs. Very bad, unethical business practices!

Avoid these guys!!! One of the worst web hosting companies we have dealt with. We had our Managed (supposed to be maintained by them) VPS go down completely with 20 client websites and the team couldn't get it back up or provide any answers on why it went down. They kept on circling around the issue and we almost got sued by our clients. It took them 4 days to even give us access to our own data and that also not fully.

Absolutely shocking service. I had colocation with them and their service was rude, staff were poorly dressed and looked daggy when meeting them to drop the server off, and their incompetent support staff couldn't resolve any of my issues! I had received a few DDoS attacks, and without allowing me to attempt to shut down the services that were drawing them in, they kicked me out straight away! Awful way to run a company - avoid like the plague.

I've used Netlog for nearly 10 years to host my websites and email. Until the recent takeover by Vodian, I would have given them 5 stars. Customer telephone support was very good. Since the Vodian takeover, I'm hard pressed to give them more than 3.

Extremely rude and incompetent sales staff. I put an online request to transfer my domain. They called me and were told to email the info so I could put the order through. Never sent the email and then continued calling me, literally calling me twice during a funeral. I had to keep my phone on due to expecting a possible urgent text from my wife, so I had the phone on vibrate. Next thing I'm getting another call from the Net Logistics number, so I declined the call. Obviously not respecting that I couldn't take the call, they decided to call straight back.At this stage I was pretty over it and wondered why someone would keep badgering me when I had already told them to email me the details. Needless to say, they pushed themselves out of a sale due to sheer rudeness and the inability to complete a simple request.Terrible service.
