Ruined my haircut the day before a parent’s funeral. Gave clear instructions which they then did not follow. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.

Got there 1210 on a Saturday, sign on door said open. But door was locked and workers just stand there looking at you talking to each other. Why say open to 1230 and lock Door beforehand. Been there before, never to return after this.

Michelle was solo on a busy Saturday morning. Despite this, she greeted me pleasantly, explained the wait time, and offered newspapers. She handled the customers ahead of me very well, a child and his moody father, and my haircut was thorough and great attention to detail. Even received a quick eyebrow trim and hot towel on my freshly cropped hair at no extra cost. For $25, a bargain and a very positive experience. Will be back for sure.

I guess that luck was on my side when I dropped in to get a haircut and beard trim as no one else was there, so no waiting. Mind you they had been very busy that morning. Very happy with the result, friendly and attentive in providing what I wanted. Hot towels and cut throat razor used and felt great. Would recommend highly and will be returning again when my next haircut and beard trim due.
