The tea here tastes horrible. It’s just sugar water and it’s so artificial. I would say it’s way too expensive for the taste. I wouldn’t recommend.

Went there to buy some chicken and drinks over 5 minutes before the closing time. There’s few other customers too was waiting before me. Shopkeeper suddenly switched off all the lights and started working on cleaning things inside for the closing, didn’t not even bother to acknowledge customers waiting outside. After asking she replied “we’re closed for today”.Poor customer service experience. I believe those customers including myself will be hesitant to go back.

Been here a few times and service never gets better. Hire someone that understand customer service, not someone that only work for money. You can do better!

I love the crispy chicken! It’s my go-to item with mushrooms as a side. Takes about 10 minutes and I can get a little shopping done next door at Coles too.

I used to work in a tea shop 8 years ago, I know how's shop works.The staffs always nice to us and they do make a good teas.Their attitude is good and they are happy to change your tea if they made it wrong.Miscommunication could give people bad feeling on that time, but from my experience with them from last 6 month it was great.

Just ordered a lychee tea with aloe vera. Half sugar. It's extremely sweet but they insist it's half sugar. The drink went straight to the bin. Disgusting and will not visit again

Changed ownership recently.Tried the top 2&3 tea a couple of weeks ago when they had grand opening special (buy 1 get 1 free). As a Chinese, I have to say they were the worst tea I ever had. Tea flavour was so wired and the taste was diluted. It's not either authentic or modern tea anymore. King tea on level 3 is way better.

Sticky brown sugar with brown sugar pearls and fresh milk is amazing!!!!!! I have tried brown sugar fresh milk drinks from all the places and this one ranks at the top every time. The milk is no nice and cold, the pearls are so sweet and chewy and the brown sugar is so delicious. Unfortunately I would give it a 5 star but it’s like $8! That is crazy (but also worth the splurge every now and again) I haven’t tried any other drinks from Gongcha so I will update when I have.
