Visually, a truely beautiful shop it is. If only they took as much care in their customer relationships. I entered with the intention of making a business enquiry. I wanted to inspect samples of hats for embroidery. The person in-charge made me feel extremely uncomfortable, so much so, that I actually had to tell her the uncomfortable vibe she'd just created has made me feel upset. I only had the intention of giving these guys my business, but she was just too rushed and flustered. Clearly they are doing good business because she was unashamedly dismissive to me (without even knowing my business). I wish them the best in the future, and hopefully they can start to set a better example of customer service for their staff.

The whole process from our initial enquiry through to finished product was so efficient and easy, not to mention the high quality of embroidery produced. We will be happy to repeat our business here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else for our embroidery needs.
