Just Cuts

Not worthy of even a single star.My wife took my son for the haircut. Half way through when my wife suggested something to the Asian lady who was giving the hair cut, she started behaving rudely. When my wife stressed upon the way she was talking, another coworker joined in and they started shouting at my wife. My son's hair cut was left in between and they asked my wife to pay in full, which she did.They were very unprofessional and their behaviour was uncalled for. Charged for services which they didn't provided.I had to take my son to another shop to get the hair cut completed.I would not recommend them. Avoid, and don't get cheated.

I will not recommend this place to anyone especially to the parents with kids.1. They are rude and argumentative to parents if you tell them you are not happy with the haircut2. They are not mindful about how the kid feels and when kids are around3. Not mindful about people around them4. Not mindful of the customer feedback5. Do not finish the job at hand6. Rude customer serviceI went for my son’s haircut and told them that I am not happy about the haircut , they started arguments and speaking loud to me. When I told them to stop as it was affecting my son. They would not hear and wont stop. When my son started crying they told me that he is crying because of my energy, I decided to leave and ask them to finish the job at least but they declined.Whatever happened , I would not want the same thing and behaviour to happen to any other parent or kid.

Lovely service and 5 stars for that only. Ladies here are absolutely lovely. Special shout out to the amazing Munna ❤️

I Had an amazing experience ce with the new stylist Glen hope I am getting the name right. He made me feel so comfortable and gave me a great cut. Everyone I'd complimenting me. Thanks. Definetly would visit again. Happy customer :)9

Visited today in rush to get my 7 year old hair cut as her bday tomorrow. Hairdresser name was MYRA in rousehill branch . I was extremely impressed with how professional and patient she was in cutting such a young childs hair. She was super friendly and pleasantly provide service in quick mannerGreat Experience and definitely visit her againWould definitely recommend!

First experience at just cuts. I have to say it was a fantastic experience. The hairdresser was professional, friendly and cut my hair just the way I want it. The results look great and I have received a lot of compliments. Thank you again!

Just had my hair cut here today from nearly waist length to a textured bob. Even if I came in at 5:30 pm, I received fantastic customer service from Lisa and she immediately put me at ease. I only paid $39, shampoo and blowdry are charged extra.

Booked an appointment yesterday and gave my number as well. I have been told that they ll call me in 1 hr and let me know via text. Its been more than 15 hrs and still waiting.Won’t be going there anymore.

I had a great hair cut here by a woman (sadly I didn't get her name)Thought I could trust getting another cut here, but the man in the salon did it and butchered my hair. He asked when finished how I liked it, and I said I didn't and that it was too short, he replied with 'Thats great!'..
