My family went there for the 3rd time last night and it will probably be our last. For the price we paid, we were all very disappointed. The food was disappointingly average & bland.What Italian restaurant serves Bruschetta and Burrata on white sliced bread (like the bread you buy for your kids lunches)?For the mains my husband didn’t finish his squid ink risotto as it was tasteless and let me tell you, he NEVER wastes food. My mother in laws pasta was severely undercooked…and yes I know pasta should be served al dente but hers was practically raw. To the restaurants credit they did remove the price of this dish from the bill. My gnocchi was lacking in flavour as was my sisters seafood risotto, both of which were left half finished. Probably the most concerning thing for us was that both my mother in laws dish and my brothers dish had unopened pippies in them!! Now that’s just basic cooking safety knowledge… that if they don’t open during cooking then they are bad and should be removed!! So for a restaurant to serve them up in the pasta and on a pizza, that is pure negligence!! The best part of the whole meal was the garlic cheese pizza. It was delicious. Service was ok but we had to ask 3 times for more water. Yes they had other customers but it wasn’t incredibly busy so there was no excuse for such a delay. We all walked away very disappointed and hungry. Never again.

My wife and I took her parents and grandfather to dinner here for her mother's bday. Previously my wife and I had great experiences, but tonight I was ready to walk out. Service was horrendous and food was undercooked.We arrived at 6.30pm, ordered drinks on arrival and then around 6.45pm ordered food. Firstly, the drinks we ordered didn't come out, we had to chase the bottle of beer and glass of Prosecco. We then ordered a bottle of wine and that was slow to come out.At 7.30pm our food still hadn't arrived, although we had seen another table finish their dinner, leave, their table split into 2 tables, a new family arrive, they ordered their food and it had arrived at 7.15pm, while we were still waiting. We asked were our food was and was assured it was almost ready.The food arrived at 7.35pm, the pasta was undercooked, not al dente like the server claimed but undercooked. By this stage I was over it and wanted to leave, if it wasn't for it being my mother in-laws bday I would have.Soooo disappointed it's not funny, especially when we changed our dinner plans for the bday because 'we knew a good Italian restaurant'.... NOT ANYMORE, I DONT KNOW WHETHER ITS NEW STAFF OR PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE, BUT SERIOUSLY AVOIDThanks for your reply, most restaurants would just apologise rather than blame their customers for poor service by your staff. And my wife and I weren't rude to your staff, we just pointed out that the service was terrible and food undercooked. You weren't overly busy as you stated, but regardless the fact you served other guests their food before us, that arrived 30min after us shows that it was just a lack of caring or attention.After reading through your other reviews, we arent the only ones to have had this experience, others have had issues with waiting extended time for food and then received undercooked food.If you look at my reviews you will see that I usually leave good reviews to those that deserve it... On this occasion you earnt a review for all the wrong reasons.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place is worthy of my time. We even went back a second night just to be sure it was as amazing as we thought - it did not disappoint. The pizzas are authentic and the pasta rich with Italian flavour - eating here has taken me straight back to my memories of travelling Italy. Service and pricing also to be commended.

Amazing food, everything was exceptional. Particularly enjoyed the risotto which was very well done relative to most other Italian restaurants. Great experience!

Absolutely amazing food!!! This was without doubt the best meal we have had during our stay here in Australia. The pasta and pizza blew us away it was so delicious. If we weren't flying back to NZ tomorrow we would be there again for another meal. Wish we'd known sooner!Fantastic service and a great atmosphere too. Can hear the chefs talking Italian in the open kitchen. Great!!!Enjoy a great meal here and don't forget to tip!!!

Very tasty food, especially the pizzas (great dough, fresh toppings, good portions). The ambience reminded us of Calabria too.

Have been to many Italian restaurants all over the world and this is my new favorite. Their Wednesday specialty cheese wheel dishes are simply fantastic! Cannot wait to come back again and sample more of their menu. Highly highly recommended!

Terribly overpriced, ordinary food. Wouldn't allow simple modifications like penne" or "chicken" and their dishes were average at best. Please look around
