Absolutely terrible “service”. A final inspection the agent missed a blind cut off, filth, a hole in the wall, damaged fly wire, missing exhaust fan filter, drill holes in tiles just to name a few. I couldn’t make the inspection and was video called. The curtains were filthy and when I pointed out was rudely told just replace them with cheap ones. I complained to management and got no support what so ever. Could not wait to be done with this agency, poor service, poor attitude, emails and phone calls not returned, months to act on a rent increase request. Value request ignored as was my request for available units for sale, thank goodness they never got back to me on that instance. I live interstate and was horrified when I finally got to see our unit. Terrible, unprofessional people, stay away from them at all costs. You will regret it if you interact with them at all.

Julianne Price Real Estate, the worst of the worst. They do not deserve a star i wish they make this stars so we can negative the stars.Rip off! Try to charge extra but failed, unexplained charges, dishonesty, unreliable, never answers there phones, big time lack of communication.I would never recommend to even go near this guys, because this real estate would put you in a very hard position.Specially theres an agent there named Ally she do not even know how to talk to people. She has no respect for her clients, she is so upherself, and do not respect others.

The worst realestate I have ever dealt with.I was dealing with an agent of this realestate, worst experience.They try to rip me off $2000 for nothing I ended up going to sacat because they were trying to rip me off trying to take another $50 a week for rent and another advertisement fee, plus $2000 extra on top. If I were to deal with a realestate I would never ever deal with unprofessional people like Julianne Price Realestate

This Realestate agent Julianne Price Real Estate is very unprofessional unreliable and specially when you try to call them they never answer their phone and never call you back.If you guys want to rent or buy a property I wouldn’t recommend Julianne Price Real Estate agent never.They don’t even deserve a star. They try to rip me off by charging $2000 but when we went to court they weren’t legally suppose to charge that amount.I got a property in flinders street fully furnished from them in the end my washing was stuck in the washing machine I had all my work clothes above $500 I request from them to get your maintenance guy come take my washing out. It took them 2-3 weeks to get it out and in the end try to rip me off.

Worst realestate that a mate of mine ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone dealing with people like this.They do not deserve a star but unfortunately it is not designed to give negative stars.

Worlds worst realestate agent they do not deserve a star.They are unprofessional, they can not provide invoices for anything that they charge.If I were a client I would never deal with this type of people. Unreliable untrustworthy.
