The building manager Andrew, is extremely responsive and helpful. I moved in this weekend and was locked out of my apartment on Saturday. But Andrew helped with providing info about the locksmiths and assisted with access back to my apartment. The entire complex is very clean. Kudos to the entire team at Evoke, Ryde

Thank you Andrew for your excellent management skills at Evoke.The complex was always kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and your polite and attentive staff were happy to go out of their way to assist if needed.You were diligent with the management of the complex and keeping residents informed via the Evoke portal. The Security guard, Shabi, was excellent in his performance and always made me safe.I was immensely impressed with your interpersonal skills, approachability and prompt attentiveness to issues that arose.Thank you again Andrew for making my living experience at Evoke such a pleasurable one.

I moved to meriton apartment (building 23/27 Porter Street) 3 weeks ago. I'm extremely happy with the building and the management.Building and common is always very clean in Immaculata condition.Building manager Andrew is very helpful, attentive and responsible. Also Great facilities that makes it enjoyable place to live.

Me and my wife just moved to Sydney from São Paulo and we were really lucky to find Evoke Ryde to live in. Very well located near the Parramatta river and the Meadowbanks Wharf and Train Station. Very peaceful and new surroundings. The apartments are really well maintained and built with first class materials!In addition to that, the building manager, Andrew Costi, is just outstanding! He is very active on the management of the complex and he is always available to support you on whatever you need related to the apartment and the complex itself.
