I had the ideal experience with Luke and the team installing a generator changeover switch. Everything from the quote to installation was smooth, communication was excellent and everybody was on site when they said they would be. The job is very tidy and everything was cleaned up afterwards.Luke has been more than helpful with some after sales questions and minor problems and I have no reservations at all recommending this business.When I say 5 stars, I literally mean 100%, I cannot fault then entire process.

Hi Luke,I am not sure how you managed to get so many 5 star reviews I would say you more than likely you have paid to have them edited.I have been a builder for 40 years and have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by a possible future trade.It must have just been to difficult for you to understand my scopes of works.Sadly all you had to do was say sorry I am not interested in your job and not wasted another 2+ weeks of my valuable time & there would have been no hard feelings.luckily for me there still are some good honest trades out there willing to answer their calls and give a real fair price giving me a quote for 14+ K is really quite stupid on your part, as I had a like for like quote and was 6 K.I hope you don't charge all your other people holiday prices.Good luck for the future you will need it with your type of business etiquette overall very self-entitled quote, weak, poor, effort in communications.

Have just built a shed and sought services from GC to fit it out. Their work was neat and done in a timely manner, every other trade has been a nightmare.Unfortunately it uncovered an issue in my house, they were more than accommodating in rectifying it and came back as soon as possible to fix a problem that wasn't theirs to begin with.Will happily use in the future. Had Luke from GC Electrical and Data services come out to my sisters house to install power and new isolator and circuit breaker for a newly installed airconditioner. Luke was fantastic nothing was too much trouble and he was in and out very quickly. Now my sister and daughter in law a comfortable in a cool house. Thanks again Luke.

Luke and his team from GC Electrical were absolutely professional and friendly, and installed a ZJ Beny EV charger at my place in Jan '23. Luke was very prompt in scheduling the appointment and his team completed the job at the scheduled time.Given we have solar panels, the dynamic load balancing (DLB) module of the charger was not working correctly. It used to turn off the charger when solar was generating during the day.I called Luke shortly after the installation, on a Sunday afternoon. He was very responsive even on the Sunday and helped schedule a follow on visit. His colleague, Michael, visited my house once more and systematically tracked down the issue. He then came up with an innovative solution to tackle the problem (i.e. by installing a bypass wire), thereby ensuring that the DLB module functioned as it should.We tested the whole system again and voila! the charger does a great job; now I can charge my EV for free with the clean energy generated by our solar panels.Fantastic job by Luke and his team at GC Electrical. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for your next job. They are a pleasure to work with! Cheers!
